Easy Paleo Bread

Are you looking for a good Paleo bread recipe? I had been looking for a good paleo bread for a long time. But I also wanted one that was not too complicated but still tasted good at the same time. I was glad when I found this one. Try this one and let us know what you think?

Ingredients for bread

1 2/3 c. Almond flour  (I Nature’s Eats Almond flour)

2 tbsp.Flaxseed meal ( I use Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seed, Gluten Free)

2 tbsp.Coconut flour (I use Jans Organic Coconut Flour)

2 tsp. Baking soda

1/2 tsp.Kosher salt

5 Large eggs

1/4 c.Extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp. Agave syrup

1 tbsp.Apple cider vinegar

Instructions for Easy Paleo Bread

1. Preheat oven 350°

2.line a 8″-x-5″ loaf pan with parchment paper. It makes taking the bread out the pan so much easier.

3. In a  bowl, mix  almond flour, flaxseed meal, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, olive oil, agave, and apple cider vinegar  until smooth.

4. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Smooth the top of the batter with a spatula.

5.Bake for approx 35 minutes until top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. Make sure you let the bread cool completely once you get it out of the pan.

7. Once completely cool slice and enjoy.
